Ernesto Velarde-Danache, Attorney licensed only in Mexico, was admitted to practice in 1982 after receiving his law degree from the Universidad Regiomontana. He holds an LL.M from the University of Cambridge, Cambridge, England and has attended different courses pertaining to International Law in Mexico, the United States and the Hague Academy of International Law, in the Netherlands. He was the Mexican Representative to International Year of Peace Conference held at the United Nations Office at Geneva, Switzerland. He is a member of the Cambridge Graduate Lawyers Society and the National Association of Corporate Lawyers of Mexico, the National Association of Corporate Lawyers of Mexico and the Mexican bar.

He has been associated with the largest Corporate Law firm in Mexico City as well as with a local International law firm in Brownsville, Texas. In 1988, he started his own practice as a Mexican lawyer in Brownsville, Texas and Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico; he has recently opened up an office in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico, in order to provide legal services to the local maquiladora industry. Currently, he has offices in the three cities as well as associated offices in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon and Mexico City.

Ernesto is the President of the Matamoros Business Development Committee, and a member of the International Bar Association, Toastmasters International, Brownsville Rotary Club, and Brownsville Economic Development Council. He is also the host of a live Mexican television show by the name of "Con Sentido Común," which airs on channel 7, Televisa, every Monday at 9:30 PM. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian.

Carlos A. Porras Garcia, attorney licensed in Mexico, and obtained his Law Degree in 1993 from the Centro Univesitario del Noreste, in the City of Matamoros, Tamaulipas. He was an English teacher in various schools in Matamoros.

He has attended different seminars pertaining to Corporate Law, Immigration, as well as the updating seminars offered by the Ministry of Commerce and Industrial Development currently the Ministry of Economy on Maquiladora Licenses.

He worked for a well-recognized law firms throughout Mexico, bringing to this law firm over seven years of experience in Corporate, Contractual, Immigration and Maquila Law. He has a thorough knowledge of the Mexican and US Cultures for ideal assistance to entrepreneurs and foreign business in establishing in Mexico. Business promotion experience in marketing the Matamoros and Reynosa, Tamaulipas area to foreign companies.

Enrique has practiced criminal, labor, commercial and civil litigation in various courts in Mexico. He has attended various law conferences given by renowned attorneys within Mexico and he has also attended several conferences regarding foreign trade commerce given by officials of the Ministry of Economy and Public Credit.

In 2000, he joined the law firm of Ernesto Velarde-Danache, Inc. and is currently working in the main office in Brownsville, Texas, USA, providing legal services to maquiladoras and clients in Mexico.
