Please be advised that on October 10, 2011, the Mexican Ministry of Finance and Public Credit published in the Official Gazette of the Federation the First Resolution of Modifications of the Rules of General Character on Foreign Commerce for 2011 (Primera Resolucion de Modificaciones a las Reglas de Carácter General en Material de Comercio Exterior para 2011).

The abovementioned modifications are in effect as of October 11, 2011.
