Please be advised that on July 5, 2010, the Ministry of Interior (Secretaria de Gobernacion) published in the Official Gazette of the Federation the Decree that issues the Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Control of Private Persons (Ley Federal de Proteccion de datos Personales en Posesion de los Particulares).

The abovementioned decree is effective as of July 6, 2010.
